本文报道了本院近年收治的84例急性胆囊炎患者,其中28例在诊断明确、作好充分术前准备后,积极采取了急诊或早期手术。文章重点对急性胆囊炎的手术时机与预后进了行分析、讨论,认为对于急性胆囊炎患者,不应过分强调先用非手术控制后转为择期手术,若能急诊或早期手术,常能缩短病程,较快缓解此类患者的症状,减轻患者的经济负担和精神负担。
