镀铬液中三价铬的差减法测定,即以过硫酸铵氧化测定总铬量,由总铬量与六价铬之差求得三价铬含量,误差大。沉淀分离法,由于氢氧化铁、氢氧化铬这类胶状沉淀过滤、洗涤费时,不能很好地配合生产。本文应用4-甲基-2-戊酮在一定的盐酸酸度下萃取六价铬,三价铬被分离出来,操作简便。实验部分一盐酸浓度对萃取的影响吸取镀液(CrO_3250g 1~(-1);Cr~(3+)2.7lg 1~(-1))5毫升于盛有适量水的分液漏斗中,加不同量的盐酸,以水稀释至50毫升,加4-甲基-2-戊酮20毫升,摇荡30秒
