我国对轻骨料的研究和生产、应用是从一九五六年开始的,到一九八○年底全国约建成轻骨料混凝土建筑面积五百万平米,应用范围逐步扩大。天然轻骨料资源在我国蕴藏量十分丰富。仅黑龙江一省,据初步勘测结果,浮石、火山渣和火山逸出的溶岩,储量达一百多亿立米之巨。每年从工厂中排放出来的废灰、废渣等工业废料,据不完全统计也多达五千万吨以上。但我们对这些天然资源的开发和工业废料的利用都远远落后于世界各国的水平。为了推动我国轻骨料的研究和应用,根据一九七八年原国家建委“一九七八~一九八五年建筑科学技术发展规划”的要求,由中国建筑科学研究院负责组织全国各有关科研、生产、设计和高等院校三十二个单位开展对轻骨料混凝土结构应用技术的研究。经过三年时间的努力,在试验研究和调查总结现有工程实践经验的基础上编制了《钢筋轻骨料混凝土结构设计规程》,并于一九八二年十二月一日起试行。为了便于广大读者了解和应用该规程,本刊于本期和下期刊登部分有关该规程的研究成果,供参考。编者
The research, production, and application of light aggregate in China began in 1956. By the end of 1980, the country’s total building area for light aggregate concrete was approximately 5 million square meters, and its application scope was gradually expanded. Natural light-weight aggregate resources are abundant in China. In Heilongjiang Province alone, according to preliminary survey results, pumice, volcanic slag, and volcanic rocks that have leached out of volcanic rocks have a huge reserve of more than 10 billion cubic meters. The industrial wastes such as waste ash and waste residue discharged from factories each year are as much as over 50 million tons according to incomplete statistics. However, our exploitation of these natural resources and the use of industrial waste have lagged far behind the world. In order to promote the research and application of light aggregate in China, according to the requirements of the former State Construction Commission of the People’s Republic of China in 1978 and the “Building Science and Technology Development Plan for 1978-1985,” the China Academy of Building Research is responsible for organizing All related research, production, design and 32 institutions of higher learning across the country have carried out research on the application technology of lightweight aggregate concrete structures. After three years of hard work, the “Code for the Design of Reinforced Concrete Lightweight Aggregate Concrete Structures” was compiled on the basis of experimental research and investigation and summarization of existing engineering practice experience, and it was tried on December 1, 1982. In order to facilitate readers to understand and apply this regulation, this issue is published in this issue and the next part of the research results of this regulation for reference. editor
