1 前言球团竖炉导风墙时有通道堵塞现象,这对竖炉炉顶生球的烘干、焙烧带球团焙烧以及竖炉作业率都有不利影响。如何避免导风墙通道堵塞,把导风墙真正变成气流的通道,使竖炉内气流分布均匀,这个问题值得重视和讨论。
1 Foreword There are channel blocking phenomenon in the wind shaft of the pellet shaft furnace, which adversely affects the drying of the top ball of the shaft furnace, the roasting of the pellet with roasting belt and the operation rate of the shaft furnace. How to avoid the blockage of the wind guide wall, the wind guide wall into a truly airflow channel, the vertical furnace airflow distribution, this issue deserves attention and discussion.
