外经贸部副部长孙振宇日前就刚刚结束的中国商品交易会(广交会)的知识产权保护工作发表了谈话,他指出,广交会是我国对外贸易重要的桥梁和窗口,在国际上具有很大影响。广交会决不容许知识产权侵权行为的存在。外经贸部决定以本届广交会为突破口,大力整顿出口交易秩序,切实加大打击知识产权侵权行为的力度。 主办部门、各进出口商会、交易团和知识产权管理部门应通力合作,各负其责,加强协调。对于那些认定的侵犯名优产品知识产权的展品,一律清理出展馆。侵权问题投诉站的工作人员要认真受理企业和客商的投诉。驻会工商行政管理部门和专
Sun Zhenyu, deputy minister of foreign trade and economic cooperation, recently delivered a speech on the intellectual property protection work of the China Commodity Fair (Canton Fair) just concluded. He pointed out that the Canton Fair is an important bridge and window for China’s foreign trade and has a great international influence. Canton Fair will never allow the existence of intellectual property infringement. MOFTEC decided to use this session of the Canton Fair as a breakthrough to vigorously rectify the order of export transactions and earnestly step up efforts to crack down infringement of intellectual property rights. The host department, import and export chambers of commerce, trading delegations and intellectual property administration departments should work together, take their respective responsibilities and strengthen coordination. For those who identify the infringement of brand-name intellectual property exhibits, clean out the exhibition hall.
