中国农学会、中国水利学会、中国林学会于1982年6月在济南召开了《黄淮海平原农业发展学术讨论会》,会上收到学术论文、调查研究报告等资料共430多篇。为了扩大交流,推广科技成果,并为农林水等有关部门制订近期和长远规划提供科学资料,决定编印论文选集。全选集大体按专业范围分为五卷,每卷(约30～35万字)一本收工本费壹元陆角。该选集仅供国内农林水等有关单位的干部、科技工作者、农林水大中专院校师生等参考。现将各卷主要内容介绍如下: 第一卷:大会开幕词、闭幕词,有关综合报告、各专题组讨论小结及建议摘要等。
China Agricultural Society, China Water Conservancy Society and China Forestry Society held “Huang-Huai-Hai Plain Agricultural Development Symposium” in Jinan in June 1982. At the meeting, they received over 430 articles, research reports and other materials. In order to expand exchanges, promote scientific and technological achievements and provide scientific materials for the formulation of short-term and long-term plans for agriculture, forestry, water and other relevant departments, it is decided to compile a collection of selected essays. The whole selection is divided into five volumes according to the scope of their respective professions. Each volume (about 30 to 350,000 words) costs one Yuan for free. This selection is for reference only to cadres, scientists and technicians from universities, forestry, forestry, water conservancy and technical secondary schools in China. Now the major contents of each volume are described as follows: Volume I: the opening speech, closing remarks, the comprehensive report, the summary of the discussion of the various topics and recommendations summary.
