市场经济日渐发展促使市场风险逐渐呈现出不确定性,在项目投资决策中实物期权法也逐渐体现出优越性,但是却也仍然存在着一些问题,这就需要明确实物期权法在项目投资中的作用,为项目投资决策有效性提供保障。本文对实物期权法在项目投资决策中的重要性作了分析,结合传统项目投资存在的问题提出实物期权法运用对策,为顺利开展项目投资决策打下良好的基础。
With the development of the market economy, the market risk gradually shows the uncertainty. The Real Option Law also gradually shows its superiority in the project investment decision-making. However, there are still some problems, which requires that the real option method should be defined in the project investment Role, for the project investment decision-making to provide effective protection. This article analyzes the importance of the real option method in the project investment decision-making.
