学校是一个特殊的地方,它承载了太多的历史使命,自古至今,教书育人始终是它所特有的使命。在中小学,教育教学更是每位班主任的重头戏。教育和教学从意识形态上看是同等重要的,但在实际工作中我们教师几乎都把教学放在了第一位,教育基本都成了教学的跟班,成了顺利完成教学任务的护花使者。这些年来我所看到的班主任,没有一个不是兢兢业业,呕心沥血地抓教学,抓成绩。每一个知识点全班孩子都要过筛子,“不抛弃,不放弃”的许三多精神在他们身上得到了充分地体现。
