中级医刊今年四月号38页介绍了64医院用氯仿蓖麻油驱钩虫的经验,我们试用二例,但均引起不同程度毒性反应。现将病历摘要报告如下: 例1 孔××,男,23岁。经确诊为钩虫病后,投与氯仿3毫升蓖麻油30毫升,于晨六时一次空腹服下。十分钟后,自述头晕乏力,立即卧床休息,八时20分钟,头晕乏力始逐渐减轻。例2 胡××男22岁。陈诉腹部经常不适,隐痛,大便有时稀状,镜检钩虫卵(+);中等体质,发育正常,营养中等。血红蛋白82%,黄胆指数5个单位,凡登白试验:直接反应(-),间接为弱阳性。于头天晚上由药房取回氯仿3毫升,蓖麻油30毫升混合盘入瓶内,闭密保存。于翌晨六时一次空腹服下,服药10分钟后,患者自诉头晕、头痛、不适,立即人事不省,颜面苍白,嘴唇发绀,额及鼻尖部出冷汗,牙关紧
Intermediate Medical Publication April, 1998, No. 38, introduced the experience of using chloroform castor oil to drive hookworms in 64 hospitals.
