本文研究了MgCl_2-C_6H_5COOC_2H_5-TiCl_4载体催化剂的制备过程和结构对丙烯聚合的活性和等规的影响。无水MgCl_2与苯甲酸乙酯共研磨生成MgCl_2·C_6H_5COOC_2H_5表面络合物。无水MgCl_2经真空热处理可以增加载体的结晶度、提高载体催化剂的活性和定向度。实验表明载体催化剂的定向度与载体结晶度有关,并随结晶度增加而增加。
In this paper, the effects of preparation and structure of MgCl_2-C_6H_5COOC_2H_5-TiCl_4 supported catalyst on the activity and isotacticity of propylene polymerization were studied. Anhydrous MgCl 2 and ethyl benzoate were co-ground to produce MgCl_2 · C_6H_5COOC_2H_5 surface complex. Anhydrous MgCl 2 vacuum heat treatment can increase the crystallinity of the carrier to improve the activity and orientation of the carrier catalyst. Experiments show that the degree of orientation of the supported catalyst is related to the crystallinity of the support and increases with the increase of the crystallinity.
