镓的比色法或分光光度测定已載于文献的有好几种,其中罗丹明B比色法是目前认为最有意义和常用的方法。关于次甲基蓝应用于分析化学及与金属离子间的反应,韦尔却(Welcher)曾作过总結性介紹,但应用于镓的測定还未曾见于文献。最近庫茲涅佐娃等研究了镓与次甲基蓝间形成絡合物的显色反应,曾用于检驗鋁中的镓。本文基于上述显色反应,进一步探討了镓与次甲基蓝在1:1 HGI溶液中生成的絡合物提取于苯-丙酮有机溶剂中所呈現的天蓝包溶液的光吸收性貭,服从兰伯特-毕尔定律的条件和范围以及影响显色反应的因素。最后并应用于鉛鋅矿中微量镓的测定。研究結
Colorimetric or spectrophotometric determination of gallium has been described in several articles, of which rhodamine B colorimetric method is currently considered the most meaningful and commonly used method. The use of methine blue for analytical chemistry and reaction with metal ions has been summarized by Welcher, but the determination of gallium has not been found in the literature. Recently, Kuznetsova et al. Studied the color reaction of gallium with methine blue to form a complex and was used to examine gallium in aluminum. In this paper, based on the above color reaction, further explore the gallium and methylene blue in 1: 1 HGI solution generated from the extraction of benzene - acetone organic solvent presented in the blue solution of the light absorption 貭, subject to blue The conditions and scope of the Bert-Biel’s law, and the factors affecting the color reaction. Finally, it is applied to the determination of trace gallium in lead-zinc ore. Study Results
