国有企业是国民经济的支柱。十八届三中全会提出,要积极发展混合所有制经济。国有资本、集体资本、非公有资本等交叉持股、相互融合的混合所有制经济,是基本经济制度的重要实现形式。我认为,这有利于国有资本保值增值,提高竞争力,有利于各种所有制资本取长补短、相互促进、共同发展。国有企业属于全民所有,是推进国家现代化,保障人民共同
State-owned enterprises are the backbone of the national economy. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed that the economy of mixed ownership should be actively developed. The mixed-ownership economy with cross-shareholding and integration of state-owned capital, collective capital and non-public capital is an important form of realization of the basic economic system. In my opinion, this is conducive to preserving and increasing the value of state-owned capital and enhancing its competitiveness. It is conducive to complementing each other’s capital through mutual ownership and common development. State-owned enterprises are owned by the whole people and are promoting the modernization of the country and safeguarding the common interests of the people
