在市场经济的冲击下,社会对人才的需求质量越来越高,特别是那些“复合型”人才广受用人单位的欢迎。社会要求人才既要有专业技能,还要能说会写,这就对担负着培养面向生产、建设、管理和服务第一线人才的职业院校提出了严峻的考验和挑战。因此,在应用文写作教学中,教师应尽量考虑学生将来的发展,从实际需要出发,在行动导向理论的指导下,努力提高学生应用文写作能力,为适应今后工作奠定良好的基础。
Under the impact of the market economy, the quality of the demand for talent in the society is getting higher and higher, especially those who are “complex” talents are welcome by employers. The society requires talents not only to have professional skills, but also to be capable of speaking and writing. This poses a severe challenge and challenge to the vocational colleges that shoulder the task of cultivating talents in the forefront of production, construction, management and service. Therefore, in the teaching of applied writing, teachers should consider the future development of students as far as possible, and proceed from practical needs and under the guidance of action-oriented theory, strive to improve students’ abilities of writing in practical writing so as to lay a good foundation for future work.
