目的分析2011—2013年深圳市光明新区职业卫生重点企业职业病危害因素监测结果。。方法收集深圳市光明新区2011—2013年职业卫生重点企业噪声、有机溶剂和粉尘等职业病危害因素监测资料进行分析。结果2011—2013年共对251家职业卫生重点企业工作场所2 169个监测点次进行职业病危害因素监测,合格率为75.47%(1 637/2 169);其中2012年监测合格率分别低于2011和2013年(70.37%vs 80.94%,70.37%vs78.21%,P<0.01);噪声监测合格率分别低于有机溶剂和粉尘的(52.48%vs 90.13%,52.48%vs 84.95%,P<0.01),有机溶剂监测合格率高于粉尘(90.13%vs 84.95%,P<0.016 7)。噪声监测合格率以电子、五金和家具行业较低,分别为44.85%、46.95%和54.76%;有机溶剂监测合格率以印刷行业较低,为77.42%;粉尘监测合格率以家具行业较低,为66.67%。中型企业检测合格率分别高于小型和大型企业(80.51%vs 73.37%,80.51%vs73.12%,P<0.01)。结论深圳市光明新区重点企业的职业病危害因素监测合格率有待提高,今后应重点加大对电子、五金、印刷和家具行业的职业病防治工作。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of occupational hazards in key occupational health enterprises in Guangming New District of Shenzhen from 2011 to 2013. . Methods The monitoring data of occupational hazards such as noise, organic solvents and dust from key occupational health enterprises in 2011-2013 in Guangming New District of Shenzhen City were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 2 169 monitoring points in 251 occupational health key workplaces were monitored for occupational hazards in 2011-2013, with a pass rate of 75.47% (1 637/2 169), of which the monitoring pass rates in 2012 were lower than those in 2011 (70.37% vs 80.94%, 70.37% vs78.21%, P <0.01). The qualified rate of noise monitoring was lower than that of organic solvent and dust (52.48% vs 90.13%, 52.48% vs 84.95%, P <0.01 ). The passing rate of organic solvents was higher than that of dust (90.13% vs 84.95%, P <0.016 7). The pass rate of noise monitoring was lower in the electronics, hardware and furniture industries, accounting for 44.85%, 46.95% and 54.76% respectively. The passing rate of organic solvent monitoring was lower in the printing industry with 77.42%; the pass rate of dust monitoring was lower in the furniture industry, 66.67%. The passing rate of medium-sized enterprises was higher than that of small-sized and large-sized enterprises (80.51% vs 73.37%, 80.51% vs 73.12%, P <0.01). Conclusion The monitoring rate of occupational hazards in key enterprises in Guangming New District of Shenzhen City needs to be improved. In the future, the prevention and control of occupational diseases in electronics, hardware, printing and furniture industries should be emphasized.
