《机械工人》1993年第2期发表石维春同志写的“车刀不是7个角”(以下简称“7个角”一文后,引起许多读者对车刀应有几个角及“第八个角”的问题展开了讨论,众说纷纭,难以统一。 由于过去出版的各类“车工工艺学”、“金属切削原理与刀具”教材对车刀有几个角的问题讲法不一,致使不少读者概念不清。笔者认为这是由于把不同类型的刀具角度混在一起讨论,而又没有明确提出一个科学的分析方法所致。为此,本文提出一些分析刀具角度的方法,用此方法就不难得出统一的认识。
