就像2002年一样,2007年是布线标准发布的一个高峰年,综合布线的国家标准正式颁布,使布线上了一个新的台阶,对今后几年中的布线发展将会起到强有力的推动作用。与此同时,欧洲布线标准也推出了2007版的EN 50173系列标准,其中分为综合要求(EN 50173.1- 2007)、办公楼(EN 50173.2-2007)、工业建筑(EN 50173.3-2007)、家庭(EN 50173.4-2007)和数据中心(EN 50173.5-2007)这五份相互关联的标准。从内容上看,新的EN 50173系列标准从传输性能、链路种类和保护等众多方面都有了比较详细的叙述,这说明布线技术自2002年以来有获得了比较大的发展。由于篇幅原因,本文将仅仅对EN 50173.1-2007中的光纤部分进行简单的介绍(本文并未采用EN 50173.1-2007中的描述方式)。
