This year marks the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of the “Statistics Law of the People’s Republic of China.” On December 8, 1983, the third session of the Standing Committee of the Sixth National People’s Congress passed the Statistical Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the statistics on new China has since entered the track of rule of law. In the past 30 years, the statistic legal system workers have used their own years and hardships to create the magnificent building of the Chinese statistic law and rule of law and laid the legal cornerstone of the statistical work.
