采用温室盆栽人工接种鉴定技术,对刺角瓜(Cucumis metuliferus)‘CM3’品系进行了抗南方根结线虫的鉴定,并且对其根结线虫的发育进行了观察。结果表明,刺角瓜‘CM3’对南方根结线虫具有稳定的抗性,根结数量、大小与对照栽培黄瓜(C.sativus)‘9930’存在显著差异。通过南方根结线虫发育状态观察证实,南方根结线虫在侵染栽培黄瓜21 d后就能产卵完成其生活史,而侵染刺角瓜后发育缓慢或停止,28 d也不能完成其生活史,只有少量的能够在42 d时发育到成虫阶段。试验结果为黄瓜抗根结线虫育种提供了有力依据。
In this study, the Cucumis metuliferus ’CM3’ strain was identified as resistant to Meloidogyne incognita using the technique of artificial inoculation in greenhouse, and the development of Meloidogyne incognita was observed. The results showed that the hornbill CM3 had stable resistance to Meloidogyne incognita, and the number and size of root knot were significantly different from that of the control ’C. sativus’ 9930’. Through the observation of the developmental state of Meloidogyne incognita in southern China, it was confirmed that Meloidogyne incognita could spawn after 21 days of inoculation to complete its life history, but its growth slowed down or stopped after it was infected, and could not finish its life at 28 days History, only a small number of 42 days to develop into adult stages. The test results provide a strong basis for cucumber root-knot nematode breeding.
