目的了解放射工作人员受照剂量水平,建立个人剂量档案,加强放射防护管理,保障放射工作人员健康。方法按照《职业性外照射个人监测规范》的要求,采用热释光剂量仪检测个人剂量计,对2003~2005年全市3309人的个人剂量监测结果按照不同年份、不同工种、不同剂量组进行统计和分析。结果3a的总集体剂量为3.344人.Sv,人均年剂量1.01mSv.a-1,98%以上放射工作人员人均年剂量小于5mSv。不同工种中,临床介入放射工作人员人均年剂量最高,为1.60mSv.a-1。结论广州市大部分放射工作人员工作条件和环境是符合要求和安全的,同时应重视临床介入放射工作人员高剂量的情况。
Objective To understand radiation dose received by radiation workers, establish personal dose files, strengthen radiation protection management and ensure the health of radiation workers. Methods According to the requirement of “personal monitoring standard of occupational external radiation”, personal dosimeter was tested by thermoluminescence dosimetry. The personal dose monitoring results of 3309 people in the city from 2003 to 2005 were calculated according to different years, different types of work and different dosage groups And analysis. Results The total collective dose of 3a was 3.344 persons.Sv, per capita annual dose of 1.01mSv.A-1,98% The per capita annual dose of radiation workers was less than 5mSv. Among the different types of work, the annual average dose of clinical intervention radiation workers is the highest, which is 1.60mSv.a-1. Conclusion The working conditions and environment of most radiation workers in Guangzhou are in line with the requirements and safety. At the same time, the situation of high dose of radiation interventional workers should be emphasized.
