本文应用He-Ne激光血管内照射(ILIB)治疗38例慢性肺原性心脏病(肺心病)患者。结果:临床表现、血气及血液流变学指标均得到明显改善,有效率达89.5%。
In this paper, 38 patients with chronic cor pulmonale (pulmonary heart disease) were treated with He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation (ILIB). Results: The clinical manifestations, blood gas and hemorheology indexes were significantly improved with an effective rate of 89.5%.
