Results of myocardial infarction (MI) imaging with ~ (99m) Tc-pyrophosphate (PPi) alone are often difficult to identify with extracardiac tissue uptake or artifacts. In this paper, SPE-CT with two different energy rays, 99m Tc-PPi and ~ (201) Tl, was used to diagnose acute right ventricular myocardial infarction (RVMI). A total of 190 cases of acute MI were examined, 146 males and 44 females, with an average age of 37 to 90 years. In 6 hours after the onset of chest pain admission, are for emergency coronary angiography, if there is coronary artery obstruction, that is, injection of urokinase into the coronary artery or for
