铁粒幼细胞性贫血(Sideroblastic anemia以下简称SA)可由多种因素所致,有关这方面的研究已有较多的文献记载。两年多来,我们对8例慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)在应用马利兰治疗过程中进行了铁粒幼细胞的观察,结果其中1例在治疗期间发生SA。据现有资料所查,国外仅有因马利兰治疗多发性骨髓瘸而导致SA的报道,国内也无这方面的正式报告,现将我们所见1例介绍于下。
Sideroblastic anemia (hereinafter referred to as SA) can be caused by a variety of factors, the research in this area has been more documented. Over the past two years, we observed 8 cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) in the application of marilan treatment of the process of the iron granule cells, the results of which one case occurred during the treatment of SA. According to the information available, there are only reports of SA caused by the treatment of multiple myeloid leukemia in foreign countries. There is no official report in this field in our country. We will introduce one case we have seen below.
