在四川康定和西藏那曲两地,对虫草子座的光照强度处理,结果表明:两地的虫草子囊孢子弹射时间有差异;光照强度不同,子囊孢子弹射的数量、时间和萌发率均不同。要使冬虫夏草子囊孢子正常弹射和提高萌发率,必须满足温度、湿度和日照三个基本条件。本结果为人工培植冬虫夏草奠定基础。
Light intensity of Cordyceps mongolicus was treated in Kangding, Tibet and Nagqu, Tibet. The results showed that there were differences in the ejection time of Cordyceps punctatus between the two places. The quantity, time and germination rate of ascospore ejection varied with different light intensity. To make Cordyceps sinensis normal ejection and improve germination rate, must meet the temperature, humidity and sunshine three basic conditions. The results laid the foundation for the artificial cultivation of Cordyceps sinensis.
