焊接是塑钢门窗加工中非常重要的工序,其中工艺参数对焊热质量起着决定性的作用。焊接中的主要工序参数有时间、压力、温度及各进给阶段的钳口尺寸等。这些工艺参数在使用中对不同的型材作调整后,在正常情况下可长时间保持不变,但在多数情况下,要根据所要焊接型材的横截面积及其他情况作相应的调整,才能避免出现焊接开缝、假焊、焊接强度低、尺寸偏差大、对角线误差大等质量问题。在焊接中如何对这些工艺参数进行调整,是本文探讨的重点。1 时间
