患者:李××,73岁,住院号25925。5日前因右下牙痛,面部逐渐肿胀,经当地保健站给予“抗生素”治疗,效果不佳,肿胀继续蔓延,疼痛加剧,发烧。呕吐、寒战急诊入院。体格检查:体温:42℃,脉搏:113次,呼吸:26次,BP:14.7/9.3Kpa,神智清楚,表情痛苦,呻吟不止,右面颊肿胀明显,全身皮肤粘膜无感染,无瘀点,颈无抵抗,心肺听诊除心率稍快外,未发现其它异常,腹部背柱,四肢神经系统查无异常。
