在一定的辐射水平下,致电离辐射可以造成人体任何组织器官的损伤,本文仅将易受辐射损伤且易被察觉的数种组织器官综述如下:一、辐射致血细胞损伤海内克(Heineke)在1903年报道了辐射可引起血象变化〔,4t〕0 1905年该氏又指出X射线可以使实验动物白细胞数减少。之后,末稍血细胞的变化,一直被做为评价辐射损伤的重要指标之一。虽然,自六十年代以来,许多放射生物学的研究工作,倾向性的把注意力集中到辐射染色体的效应方面;然评价急性大剂量致电离辐射对人体的损伤时,末稍血细胞
Under a certain level of radiation, ionizing radiation can cause damage to any tissue and organ of the human body. In this article, only a few tissues and organs that are easily damaged by radiation and easily perceived are summarized as follows: I. Heineke, 1903 reported that radiation can cause changes in blood 〔〕 4t 〔0〕 in 1905, also pointed out that X-rays can reduce the number of experimental animals, white blood cells. Later, the change of the terminal blood cells has been used as one of the important indexes to evaluate the radiation damage. Although many studies on radiobiology have tended to focus attention on the effects of radionuclides since the 1960s; however, when evaluating the effects of acute and high doses of ionizing radiation on human injury, the number of terminal blood cells
