城市化是经济社会发展的重要载体和必经环节 ,也是人们利用近、现代科技成果 ,不断改造自身生存的物质条件和精神条件的复杂过程。伴随着社会的城市化进程 ,犯罪的现代性在社会生活中显得越来越突出 ,并制约着城市化的持续和有序推进。文章分析了城市化运动与犯罪状态的关系 ,提出了遏制和避开城市化进程中犯罪高峰的方略。
Urbanization is an important carrier and an essential link in economic and social development. It is also a complicated process in which people make use of recent and modern scientific and technological achievements to continually reform the material and spiritual conditions of their own existence. With the urbanization of society, the modernity of crime appears more and more prominent in social life and restricts the continuous and orderly promotion of urbanization. The article analyzes the relationship between the urbanization movement and the state of crime and puts forward the strategy of curbing and avoiding the crime peak in the process of urbanization.
