蓄电池是拖拉机电气系统的重要组成部分,机手都应掌握蓄电池爆炸的原因及预防办法。一、蓄电池发生爆炸的原因 1.蓄电池上的通气孔被堵塞,内部发生化学反应所产生的气体排不出来。 2.充电时蓄电池电压过高,电解液中的水分被电解为氢、氧气体,而气体的排放受阻。 3.加注电解液时,带进金属屑末,或极板的活性物质氧化脱落,在蓄电池内部形成短路。 4.连接起动机的导线搭铁,或在蓄电池上放置了金属工具。二、预防蓄电池爆炸的办法 1.加强对机手的培训工作,保持机车状况良好,随时清除蓄电池盖上的灰尘、油污,使通气孔保持畅通。 2.电解液不要加得过多,不能带进金属屑末。 3.充电不宜过足,保证蓄电池内部有较大的空
