根据《中华人民共和国植物新品种保护条例》和《中华人民共和国植物新品种保护条例实施细则（林业部分）》的有关规定，现将国家林业局受理的杏和油栗品种权申请公开，任何人均可对其中不符合条件的或者不实之处，向国家林业局植物新品种保护办公室提出异议请求，并说明理由。
According to the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of New Varieties of Plants” and “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Implementation of New Plant Variety Protection Regulations (Forestry)”, the State Forestry Administration is now accepting apricot and oil chestnut varieties of the right to apply for disclosure, The non-conforming or untrue conditions may be filed with the Office of Plant Variety Protection of the State Forestry Administration and the reasons shall be stated.
