为了完成我厂1987年生铁的生产任务,在矿源紧张的情况下,公司原料处从一些地方购进了数量较多的杂矿。这些杂质的成分波动大,含杂质多,对高炉生产带来不利影响,甚至出现1号高炉风、渣口流铝的现象,引起了有关领导的重视。为此,我们将近年新增加的鄂东地区部分矿点的矿石的冶金性能进行测试分析。一、化学成分分析成分分析在钢研所进行,结果见表1。从表1看出,就矿石品位而言,除铜录山矿铁分过低(41.95%)外,其它矿石含铁量均在50%以上,其中汀祖——铜灶矿含铁高达
In order to complete the production task of pig iron in our factory in 1987, under the condition of intense mineral resources, the raw material department of the company purchased a large number of miscellaneous ore from some places.
