产业集群已成为当前世界各国区域经济发展的成功模式。根据我国中小企业集群的发展态势和发展模式,以新材料国家高技术产业基地——宝鸡.中国钛谷产业集群为服务对象,在分析中小钛企业业务协作、技术创新和管理服务信息化需求的基础上,开展利用公共服务平台推进中小企业群创新服务的研究,提出信息化创新服务支撑模式,通过分析框架体系、关键实现技术以及功能结构建设服务支撑平台,服务于企业生产协作、技术创新、管理创新、文化创新,以降低产业集聚区域中小企业成本,提高创新和服务能力,促进区域产业集群的和谐健康发展,进一步推动我国制造业的整体竞争能力提升。
Industrial clusters have become the successful mode of regional economic development in various countries in the world at present. According to the development trend and development mode of SME cluster in our country, we take Baoji and China Titanium Valley Industrial Clusters as the new high-tech industrial base of our country, and analyze the demand for the business collaboration, technological innovation and management information service of small and medium-sized titanium enterprises Based on the research on using SMEs to innovate service through the use of public service platform, this paper puts forward the supporting mode of information innovation service. Through the analysis of the framework system, the key technology and functional structure construction service support platform, it serves the production collaboration, technological innovation, Management innovation and cultural innovation so as to reduce the cost of SMEs in industrial agglomeration areas, enhance innovation and service capabilities, promote the harmonious and healthy development of regional industrial clusters and further promote the overall competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industries.
