为建成一流学校，为集团培训高质量的各类专业人才，我校对教职工的继续教育工作一直很重视，措施具体有力，成果显著。学校１９８３年随部队集体转业时，８０余名教职工中专任教师不足２０名，且多从施工现场调入，管理人员也是从各部队机关和基层调进的，适应不了教学工作的?
In order to build a first-rate school and train various types of professionals of high quality for the Group, our school has always attached great importance to the continuing education of staff and workers. The measures are concrete and effective and the results are remarkable. When the school was converted into a collective with the army in 1983, more than 80 full-time faculty members with less than 20 faculty members were recruited from the construction site. Administrative personnel were also transferred from various military units and grass-roots units to adapt to the teaching work.
