目的:加强消毒供应中心流程管理,为医院各部门提供安全无菌物品。方法:选取我院消毒供应中心作为研究对象,对工作中的各环节和流程进行优化和管理。结果:各项工作流程管理有序,权责分明,无严重医院感染和医疗事故的发生。结论:加强消毒供应中心流程管理能够有效预防医院感染和医疗事故的发生,确保医疗安全。
Objective: To strengthen the disinfection supply center process management for the hospital departments to provide safe and sterile goods. Methods: Select our hospital disinfection supply center as the research object, the work of the various links and processes to optimize and management. Results: All work processes were well managed, rights and responsibilities were clear, and no serious hospital infection and medical accident occurred. Conclusion: Strengthening the management of disinfection supply center can effectively prevent hospital infection and medical malpractice and ensure medical safety.
