通过对冶金行业计量业务和计量系统现状的研究与分析,发现当前计量工作量大、作业效率低,并存在计量数据不准确、不安全的风险。本文针对其不足之处,提出基于计算机、网络互联、图形图像、热成像、加密等新型技术改进原有计量系统,提高计量作业效率,降低作业强度,确保数据安全准确。事实证明,结合新型技术的计量系统完全能够达到高效、快捷、准确、安全计量的目的。
Through the research and analysis of the present situation of measurement business and measurement system in the metallurgical industry, it is found that the current measurement workload is large, the operation efficiency is low, and there is a risk that the measurement data are inaccurate and unsafe. In this paper, aiming at its shortcomings, this paper proposes a new measurement system based on computer, network interconnection, graphic image, thermal imaging, encryption and so on to improve the measurement operation efficiency, reduce the operation intensity and ensure the data safety and accuracy. Facts have proved that, combined with the new technology of measurement system can achieve efficient, fast, accurate, safe measurement purposes.
