通过对BFXD型矿用乳化液泵站卸载阀的结构及其工作原理的分析,使用Runge-Kutta法求解建立动态响应模型,并根据此模型计算得出的结果及实验室测试数据进行对比分析,对影响卸载阀性能的原因进行了定量分析并提出了改进建议。
By analyzing the structure and working principle of unloading valve of BFXD mining emulsion pump station, Runge-Kutta method was used to establish dynamic response model. Based on the calculated results of the model and the laboratory test data, The reasons that affect the performance of unloading valve were quantitatively analyzed and some suggestions for improvement were put forward.
