在东盟经济一体化的影响下,广西壮族自治区区域经济得到快速发展,城镇化建设不断推进。广西壮族自治区环境设计行业对专业化、多样化人才的需求也日益强烈。而广西壮族自治区高校因培养的环境设计专业人才类型雷同,不能满足市场多层次的人才需求,出现了一边是毕业生就业难,一边是企业招不到合适人才的现象。文章探讨了当前广西壮族自治区高校环境设计专业本科层次的人才培养模式,从培养目标、课程设置等方面,探索适合广西壮族自治区经济发展的环境设计专业人才培养模式。
Under the influence of the economic integration of ASEAN, the regional economy of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has been rapidly developed and urbanization progressed. The demand for specialized and diversified talents in the environmental design industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is also growing. However, due to the similar types of environment design professionals trained in colleges and universities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, they can not meet the needs of multi-level talents in the market. There is a phenomenon that graduates find it hard to find jobs while recruiting suitable talents. This paper discusses the present talented personnel training mode of environmental design major in colleges and universities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and explores the training mode of environment design professionals suitable for the economic development of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from the aspects of training objectives and curriculum setting.
