目的探讨视网膜血管阻塞患者与Ａ型性格间的关系。方法采用全国身心医学协作研究组制定的Ａ型性格问卷，对５０例视网膜血管阻塞患者及５０例相对应的健康人进行了对照测查。结果发现视网膜血管阻塞患者中Ａ型性格居多，且Ａ型性格的ＴＨ明显高于ＣＨ。结论急躁和时间紧迫感可能是视网膜血管阻塞的重要发病因子。
Objective To investigate the relationship between retinal vascular occlusion and type A personality. Methods A type A personality questionnaire developed by the national collaborative research group of psychosomatic medicine was used to conduct a comparative study on 50 cases of retinal vascular occlusion and 50 cases of corresponding healthy people. The results showed that retinal vascular occlusion in patients with mostly type A personality, and type A personality TH was significantly higher than CH. Conclusions Impatience and urgency of time may be important pathogenesis of retinal vascular occlusion.
