随着市场经济的发展,城镇化建设步伐的加快,农村富余劳动力的转移,为了公共利益的需要,农村的土地被征收,农民失去了生活的基础性保障,土地被征收后农民成为“种田无地,上班无岗、低保无份”三无人员,在农地征收的过程中,存在很多的法律问题,本文从农村存在的问题进行剖析,从征地的合法性,农村征地的补偿标准,农村被征收土地无劳动收入人群的社会保障等几个重点方面对农地征收存在的问题进行解析及批判,希望能对农地征收问题上提出科学合理的建议。
