采用问卷调查、访问调查、文献资料调研、逻辑推理等方法,从宏观经济学角度探讨在我国总需求不足,采用影响宏观经济利率、税率的措施不能有效扩大消费需求的特有国情下,发展体育消费需求、推动体育产业发展的关键所在,并对其成因进行分析。结果显示:从提高边际消费倾向入手,通过乘数效应扩大体育消费,从而推动整个体育产业的发展是目前我国宏观经济管理的现实选择;我国边际消费倾向持续走低、体育消费水平总体不高主要是受居民经济行为的一般倾向、预期的不确定性、社会保障制度、收入分配差距等因素影响;全面建设小康社会的指标体系的实现,有利于我国提高边际消费倾向,扩大体育消费需求。
Using the methods of questionnaire survey, interview investigation, literature review and logical reasoning, this article discusses the macroeconomic development of sports consumption under the unique national conditions that can not effectively expand the consumption demand because of the shortage of aggregate demand in our country and adopting the measures that affect the macroeconomic interest rates and tax rates. Demand, promote the development of the sports industry is the key, and its causes were analyzed. The results show that starting from the tendency of increasing the marginal propensity to consume and expanding the consumption of sports through the multiplier effect so as to promote the development of the entire sports industry is the realistic choice of macroeconomic management in our country at present. The marginal propensity to consume in our country continues to decline and the level of sports consumption in general is not high The general tendency of residents’ economic behavior, the expected uncertainty, the social security system, the income distribution gap and other factors affect the overall construction of a well-off society, the target system is conducive to China to increase marginal propensity to consume and expand the demand for sports consumption.
