对近期严厉程度前所未见的楼市宏观调控,业界虽然众说纷纭,但对于未来的市场前景大多信心坚挺。主要体现在两个方面:短期内虽然成交量出现巨幅萎缩,但成交价格依旧坚挺;同时,土地市场依旧火爆,开发商对于土地的渴求依然强烈。究其原因,目前的楼市调控手段仍然在走以前的老路,只不过力度更足一些。受抑制的需求可能短期内会观望、退出房地产领域或转战其他领域,但时机合适,这一需求必然卷土重来,掀起更大的市场热潮。
