融媒体对图书馆版权制度的建设以及管理有着一定影响,在这融媒体背景下,图书馆版权角色出现了混同,而且版权的使用权也受到了限制,这会增加图书馆版权使用的法律风险,也会增加其版权使用的费用,不利于图书馆经济效益的提高。为了解决这些问题,笔者结合国家相关法律政策,提出了几点管理建议与措施,希望对创新图书馆版权管理策略带来一定帮助,使图书馆的版权管理制度更加健全。
