早在2000多年前,西方“医学之父”希波克拉底就指出:“阳光、空气、水和运动,这是生命和健康的源泉。”前面三个因素随着居住地的不同而各有差异,但运动却是我们能够掌控并且改变的唯一因素。然而,随着人类生活水平的不断提高,科学技术日新月异的发展,我们却正在悄悄地与运动渐行渐远。众所周知,运动不仅可以增强体质、提高机体的免疫力、防治疾病;还有助于改善情绪、增加自信、发展个性、防治各种心理疾病。越来越多的人已经清醒地认识到运动对人体的重要性,但绝大多数人并没有真正的抽时间去锻炼,然而这种没有付出行动只是把它当做一个概念性的东西放在脑海里存在着,是没有任何意义可言的。本人想通过这篇简短的文章告诉大家每天锻炼一小时,健康生活一辈子的重要性。
