东华大学重视学校学生政治辅导员队伍建设,积极贯彻落实中共教育部党组《关于进一步加强高等学校思想政治队伍建设的若干意见》和中共上海市教育工作委员会《关于进一步加强高校辅导员队伍建设的决定》文件精神,着力加强辅导员队伍建设、制度建设,建设目标明确,各项措施有力,队伍稳定,充满活力。一、学校领导重视,各项制度健全。东华大学高度重视学生政治辅导员队伍制度建设,1999年以来,校党委多次召开会议研究学生辅导员工作,并两次专门发文,明确学校加强辅导员队伍建设的目标和相关措施。学校每学期组织一次对辅导员工作情况的书面抽查,并作为辅导员工作考核的重要依据。本学年,学校加强
Donghua University attaches great importance to the construction of political counselors for school students and actively implements the “Several Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction of Ideological and Political Workforce in Institutions of Higher Learning” of the party group of the Ministry of Education of the Communist Party of China and the “Strengthening the Construction of Counselors in Colleges and Universities” of the Chinese Education Commission of Shanghai Municipality. The spirit of the document was decided, and efforts were made to strengthen the construction of the counselor team and the construction of the system.
