液压涨形工艺在我国已应用于皮带轮、弹性元件、蛇形管等零件的生产。它与铸件经过机加工而成的皮带轮相比,有重量轻、工序少、劳动条件好等优点。它的模具与常规冲模相比,具有润滑条件好,产品与模具没有相对滑动,寿命高等优点。但成型部分的精度是由模具来保证,所以模具精度直接影响产品的精度。而模具的精度又与具体结构有关,因此合理地设计模具是保证产品精度的重要一环. 我厂几年来采用“三瓣式”模具,现在已逐渐暴露出一些问题影响了生产,被列入厂攻关项目.我们在原模具的基础上重新设计了一套二瓣式模具,能稳定在80%左右,现在已用于生产。下面就风扇皮带轮的模具与产品精度问题来谈谈我们看法.
