危机介入模式是针对服务对象的危机状态而开展的调试和治疗的工作方法。对于人们遇到的各种危机,危机介入模式能够迅速帮助服务对象,调节服务对象的身心状态,提供社会支持,恢复服务对象的自主能力。本文从突发公共事件和危机介入模式的特点入手,阐述了危机介入模式运用的必要性和适用性,再从社工的职能方面来探讨危机介入模式的具体运用。
The crisis intervention model is a working method of commissioning and treatment in response to the client’s crisis situation. For all kinds of crises people encounter, the crisis intervention model can quickly help clients, adjust their physical and psychological status, provide social support, and restore the autonomous capabilities of their clients. This article starts with the characteristics of emergent public events and crisis intervention mode, elaborates the necessity and applicability of crisis intervention mode, and then explores the concrete application of crisis intervention mode from the perspective of social worker function.
