陈贤义介绍,2007年将切实加强以下重点工作——逐步建立4级卫生应急管理体系进一步明确和落实管理工作机构的各项工作职能,不断推进各级机构建设,实行责任制和责任追究制。加快各级卫生行政部门、疾病预防控制中心等医疗卫生技术机构内的管理机构和人员队伍的建设,逐步建立健全中央、省、市(地)、县4级管理体系。
