多金属矿石浮选生产的实践证明,现行的选矿工艺存在一定的缺点,浮选药剂的使用方面也有待进一步改进。本文分析研究了通过采用调节浮选矿浆使浮选药剂达到最佳浓度、借助起泡剂确保在浮选机中达到最适宜的气泡尺寸以及采用真空浮选等手段,提高浮选工艺的技术经济指标。研究结果表明,在上述方向开展一些科学研究和推广使用工作,不仅能有助于深化浮选理论的研究,而且还能提高选矿厂的工艺指标。
The practice of flotation production of polymetallic ore has proved that the existing beneficiation process has some disadvantages, and the use of flotation reagents needs to be further improved. This paper analyzes and studies the technical economy of flotation process by adjusting the flotation pulp to achieve the optimal concentration of flotation reagents, ensuring the optimum bubble size in the flotation machine and using vacuum flotation with foaming agent index. The results show that some scientific research and popularization and utilization in the above direction can not only help to deepen the study of flotation theory, but also improve the technical indexes of the concentrator.
