刑事法律援助制度成立的初衷是对弱势群体的人文关怀。然而自成立以来,在具体的实施中还是存在着援助范围较窄,援助律师定位尴尬等多种问题。这些问题导致刑事法律援助制度难以发挥正常的社会效用,使得真正需要援助的弱势群体不能得到应有的帮助,使得法律援助工作不能正常开展等。因此,本文认为扩大刑事法律援助范围,加强对法律援助的宣传,提高政府以及其他职能机构对刑事法律援助的认识,增加援助资金的投入等将有助于法律援助制度的人文关怀得以全方位体现。
The original intention of criminal legal aid system was founded on the humane care of vulnerable groups. However, since its establishment, there are still many problems in the specific implementation such as the narrow scope of assistance and the embarrassment of aid lawyers. These problems make it difficult for the criminal legal aid system to exert normal social utility, so that the vulnerable groups in real need of assistance can not get the help they deserve and the legal aid work can not be carried out normally. Therefore, this article believes that enlarging the scope of criminal legal aid, strengthening the propaganda of legal aid, raising awareness of criminal legal aid by the government and other functional agencies and increasing the input of aid funds will help to fully embody the humanistic care of legal aid system .
