使用快速法检测混凝土的强度,进而预测标准养护28d混凝土的强度,对于要求施工进度的工程是十分必要的。本文通过对比短时沸煮法、长时沸煮法和2411温水养护法三种养护条件下的混凝土试件抗压强度,建立了其与混凝土28d标准养护法抗压强度之间的关系。结果表明:通过长时沸煮法获得的混凝土试件抗压强度与标准养护28d后的抗压强度的比率波动最小。因此,通过长时沸煮法测出的数据更有利于指导实际的生产工作。
The use of fast test of concrete strength, and then predict the strength of standard curing 28d concrete, for the construction schedule of the project is necessary. In this paper, by comparing the compressive strength of concrete specimens under three kinds of curing conditions, such as short-time boiling method, long-time boiling method and 2411 warm water curing method, the relationship between compressive strength and concrete 28d standard curing method was established. The results show that the compressive strength of concrete specimens obtained by the long-term boiling method has the least fluctuation with the compressive strength after 28 days of standard curing. Therefore, the data measured by the long-term boiling method is more conducive to guiding the actual production work.
