在现代教育中,班级是学校教育教学的基本形式,班主任是班级的领路人,引导着学生的健康成长,班主任也是连接学生、家长以及科任教师之间的桥梁。因此,管理好班级工作,正确行使自己的职责,确立在班级管理中的角色对班集体的成长,学生今后的发展都有着举足轻重的作用。其中,管理、引导学生又是班主任的主要工作。比方说,做学生的心理辅导工作,和家长及时沟通等,这也说明了班主任在班集体发展中扮演着重要的角色。
In modern education, the class is the basic form of school education and teaching. The class teacher is the leader of the class and guides the students’ healthy growth. The class teacher also serves as a bridge between students, parents and teachers. Therefore, managing class work, exercising one’s own duties correctly, and establishing the role in class management play a decisive role in the growth of classes and in the future development of students. Among them, management, guiding students is the main task of the class teacher. For example, doing student psychological counseling and communicating with parents in a timely manner also shows that the teacher in charge of class plays an important role in the collective development of classes.
